Two Problems on Partypoker/Partygaming

Hey guys, I have two Problems when playing on Partypoker.

#1 The Player names are not displayed neither in the Hud nor in the Session reviews. They are all called Player1, Player2, Player 3,... etc.
#2 Due to the problem above, I deactivated the HUD while playing (only one table open). Even after closing and restart Both PartyPoker and Xeester, the HUD ist still vanished to thin air. I've waited more than one Circle. Maybe the last one is my fault. How can I reactivate it?
