[solved] HUD Data

Hey guys,

first of all I want to say, that i really like your software. But during the last sessions i noticed, that after 6-18 Hands per Table the HUD isnt updated any more. I often sit in the last 3 of a STSNG and i only have about 10 hand of each of my opponents. I hope you can help me to fix this soon.

On what room are you playing ? Does the problem occur everytime ?
Can you post a screenshot of your HUD configuration ?

it occured on the last 3 sessions. The Handcount stops at 6 tables at similar numbers so i came to the conclusion, that it stops after a certain amount of time. I play Pokerstars only atm.

sorry I was not clear, I need your Basic HUD and SNG hud configuration (filters of the HUD).
Does your probkem only occur on 9-seats SNG ?

I dont know if it occurs on other table sizes, bacause i only play 9seats SNGs sorry.
Here are the filter settings for the 2 HUDs. (The basic HUD is the one already programmed in. I didnt change it)

Thank you Kiwih. I don't see an obvious explanation for this strange behavior.
We'll run a series of tests on 9 seats tables on pokerstars to reproduce it, I'll keep you informed as soon as I know more about it.

I maybe got a solution. I posted the Window of the advanced settings where it says the HUD works for 2-10 players, but in the simple options there was checked the option from 7-10 players. I changed that and now it works fine again. This could have been a configuration problem from my side or just some quirky circumstances, I dont know.

Ah I had the wrong term its called "advanced mode" and "simple mode" in the HUD settings. Its above "Hero: Session Hands" in the 2nd and 3rd Screenshot i posted.
