[solved] HUD doesn't work in some torunaments

Hi, can you help me solve this problem? Hud is inactive in different tournaments(especially 1R/1A). Also sometimes it doesn't display stats of one or two oponents.
Maybe it's my computer insufficient Ram or something?

for the 1R/1A problem, can you send an example of the corresponding hand histories to contact(at)xeester.com, so as we can take a look at the potential problem ?
As for the hud not displayed on some opponents, if you move the table window, does it reappear ?
